About Me

Hello, my name is Bailey Hurley and I grew up in the Sunflower State (Kansas for those of you who are not well versed in state nicknames)! Growing up in the Midwest has allowed me to humbly embrace the simplicity of life and engage in authentic relationships.

I came to know Christ in middle school and was led by leadership mammoths! These folks were a big part of my Christian formation, as well as, my spiritual leadership. I left for Pepperdine University to pursue a degree in Rhetoric and Leadership. While I was at Pepperdine, I had the opportunity for multiple speaking engagements and found a passion for teaching leadership principles. I graduated in spring of 2013 and moved to Denver to pursue my Masters in Leadership from Denver Seminary.

I have found a passion for guiding teams of leaders to bring health, restoration, and positive change to their work! I have worked with non-profits, Christian camps, and churches. I look forward to coaching more clients and seeing positive change happen for them and for their employees.
